RETURNS INFORMATION

 

UK and EU Returns

Nesky10 is pleased to offer our customers free 30 day returns within the UK and other selected European countries.  You can return your item for any reason provided that the following apply:

  • The item is unworn and re-sellable as new (please try on items indoors)
  • It is returned in the original undamaged branded shoe box (wrap the box in plastic or paper and please DO NOT apply tape directly to the box)
  • The return is received by us within 30 days of the date on your invoice

 

Our free 30 day returns policy applies to the following countries:

UK, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden

 

Follow the steps below to return your item:

  • Contact us and request a free of charge pre-paid return mailing label
  • We will e-mail you a free of charge pre-paid return mailing label for you to print
  • Please include with your item your name, eBay userID, order number and your reason for the return

 

Posting your item:

  • Print the provided pre-paid return mailing label
  • Package the item carefully and attach the provided pre-paid mailing label
  • Drop off your item at your local post office.  The post office should accept the label as valid for free postage.  No further charges need to be paid.

 

If you use any other shipping method you are responsible for paying your own return postage.  Send to:

Refunds:

For all returns that meet the above conditions the customer will be refunded the total amount of their original order.  Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item provided the above conditions apply.

 

Exchanges:

Please be aware that we cannot reserve stock for exchanges.  We recommend that you make a new purchase for the correct item and return the original item for a refund. 

 

Faulty or incorrect items:

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please send us a message via eBay explaining the fault or incorrect item and let us know whether you would like a refund or a replacement.  If you are explaining a fault, please also include a photo.

 

Returns after 30 days:

Returns will not be processed if received after 30 days from your invoice date without prior authorisation.

 

International Returns

NEsky is pleased to offer our international customers 30 day returns.  In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or incorrect item we will pay your return postage.  If you are returning the items for any other reason you are responsible for paying the return postage.  You can return your item provided that the following apply:

  • The item is unworn and re-sellable as new (please try on items indoors)
  • It is returned in the original undamaged branded shoe box (please DO NOT apply tape directly to the box)
  • The return is received by us within 30 days of the date on your invoice

 

International returns policy applies to all countries not listed above.

 

Follow the steps below to return your item:

  • Contact us via eBay to request a return including your name, eBay userID, order number and your reason for the return
  • We will respond with the correct procedure to follow based on your location
